Best GPU Miner Programs for Beginners

By LiteLiger | LiteLiger Blog | 11 Nov 2019

Months ago i did list of web mining sites where you can get bitcoin and Altcoins, but i didn’t discuss about software GPU/CPU miners to windows, mac and Linux. Generally these are more reliable and less of a scam than web mining is and of course you will get lot more crypto with this alternative as well. This GPU miner list includes mostly user friendly miners, which don’t require lot of inputs and knowledge to run.

Hive OS

Out of the all options Hive OS is there between best option and almost easiest one to use. I highly recommend this service since it has no fees (Unless you run more than 3 miners) and best part about is that it comes with all the mining equipment, Ccminer, Claymore – you name it. All you need to do is add wallet pretty much and set up the config and the Hive OS pretty much will do rest for you. It’s great tool for beginners and there are bunch of guides how to set it up on YouTube.

  • Benchmark Check: Yes

Honeyminer

One of the more popular GPU/CPU miners right now is HoneyMiner they are relatively new player to the game, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t reliable service to use when you want to maximize potential of your mining PC, overall a decent bitcoin mining software.

kryptex

Next we have Kryptex, which is also a Bitcoin GPU miner it comes with a Litemode that will use minimal computing power to mine then when you are not using a computer it will switch to Full mode (in case you go out take out your dog or something). The user interface and stats dashboard are neat, to me it feels like a decent GPU miner.

CUDO MINER

So Cudo Miner is new player in the mining game and they are currently in BETA and they have 0% mining fees and also are giving out 10,000 satoshi for people who register to their platform. I have to say they have very slick interface on their platform and very good referral program with 2 tiers. The miner has an option to only mine when idle & schedule use which are nice features to be had.

hashfish

Hashfish is simple to use GPU & CPU Miner, which supports 4 different algorithms Cryptonight-XMRig, Cryptonight-Stak, Ethash-Claymore & Ethash-ETHMiner. However it seems all payments are done in bitcoin regardless. They have instant withdrawals as well.

minergate

Probably one of the most known miners out there is MinerGate, because they have both the mobile market and the desktop one. They currently have four different miners on their website a GUI Miner, Console Miner, Mobile Miner & xFast Miner that has 20% higher hashrate. Since new Google rules you cannot download the mobile miner at appstore so you gotta do it directly at their website.

moonify

Moonify has quite interesting concept where you can share an app and get XMR or ETN when people mine with it and you can choose percentage how much they will be getting as well from using the miner. This is brilliant concept and can be easy way to get community mining for common cause.

Windows Ethereum Miner

Pretty easy to use Windows miner for Ethereum. Doesn’t require much hassle to getting started only a Ethereum address and you are good to go. Doesn’t have much options for tweaking however…
