Story: It begins with a wonderful collard greens (colloquial name) photo. Black cabbage: 1st and 2nd world war years; poverty was the food of poverty. Black cabbage, which is easily grown throughout the Black Sea region, has remained in my memory with its two kinds of food. Stuffed collard greens (made with meat today) and boiled collard greens (nowadays made with meat or beans). Cornbread and organic yoghurt were alongside black cabbage. You didn't need to buy all three items in the area! Cabbage; It was grown in our field. Again, corn: It was cultivated abundantly in the fields. Yoghurt: easily and in abundance, thanks to widespread animal husbandry. In fact, what both wars produced: poverty and famine, created in itself the economy. Today, this situation is completely reversed! But in a small amount like black cabbage: there are traditions that continue. If your business or your path falls into the Black Sea: 100% organic: don't forget to eat boiled black cabbage and stuffed black cabbage. Thank you very much for your time. Thanks again.
