Water buffalo milk, yoghurt and clotted cream, forgotten in terms of health. One of the most important causes of the disease today: High cholesterol. What is cholesterol? Let's write it without going into too much detail: the substance that blocks the vessels. A substance that blocks the cardiovascular system and causes serious harm to human life. So why does cholesterol increase or decrease? In a non-genetic condition: most of the other causes are due to malnutrition !! And very serious mistakes are made in the nutrition part. (I watch the videos of Dr. Mehmet ÖZ on this subject from You Tube) that I refer to in this regard: Dr. Mehmet ÖZ, the veteran of traditional nutrition and the USA who changed the memorization. While having breakfast at a stopover facility where I took a break on the road, he also put the traditional dish of the Black Sea, which you see in the photo above, on the table. But there was something odd about it? It is made from normal Hosmer cow milk cream. This had a different taste. I didn't mind, I asked the waiter: How did you do this Pleasure? He said: He explained that they owned the break facility, had their own buffalo farms and used the cream they obtained from the water buffalo milk. He added that they sold buffalo milk, yoghurt and spring to serve. The secret in Hoşmer: buffalo milk cream. As a result: the fact that buffalo milk is fat-free or low-fat adds a potion to it. Be you to protect your health: choose buffalo milk, kneaded and slipped. (again off topic: products made from goat milk have the same characteristics!)
