GARFİSH SOAP (Zargana çorbası)

Zargana Soup: 4 cleaned garfish, 4 onions, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 bunch of parsley, pepper, pepper, curry, ginger and a glass of olive oil. Mix the onion garlic and parsley with olive oil, after boiling in a saucepan, and let it rest for 5 minutes. Add enough water to a pan. Boil the fish in the pan for 5 minutes. Take the fish and remove them from the bones without touching the water. And add it to the pot. Add the water in the pan and cook for 15-20 minutes at low heat. Add the latest salt and serve. Enjoy your wonderful garlic soup. (this recipe is personal and no source is used)

Turkish: Zargana Çorbası: (nefis) 4 adet temizlenmiş zargana, 4 soğan, 2 diş sarımsak, 1 demet maydanoz, biber, karabiber, köri, zencefil ve bir bardak zeytinyağı. Soğan sarımsak ve maydanozu ince ince dogradiktan sonra bir tencerede kaynatmadan zeytinyağı ile iyice karıştırın ve 5 dakika dinlendirin. Bir tavaya yeterli su ekleyin. Baliklari tavada 5 dakika kaynatin. Suyu dokmeden baliklari alip kilçiklarindan ayirin. Ve tencereye ekleyin. yine tavadaki suyuda ekleyip 15-20 dakika kisik isida pişirin.
