Everyone Can Code!

Obligatory(?) Introductory Post

<!-- Hello World! -->

Beginner here. Felt there is a need to publish some sort of walkthrough for Codewars as right off the bat there's an intimidating gatekeeper in the form of a problem code BEFORE you can even sign up for an account:

This code does not execute properly. Try to figure out why. function multiply(a, b){a*b}

If I wasn't part of Leon's 100Devs free coding bootcamp, I wouldn't have known the answer to this was simply adding a return keyword where that keyword was discussed:

Adding a return keyword

They actually started two years ago but offered front end only. They continued for another run last year but turned it into a complete full stack (both front end and back end), and another one this year which I am currently doing at my own pace. Part of the homework is to solve the coding challenges in Codewars hence the purpose of this blog. I selected the recommended Javascript fundamentals and initially I wanted to post the first kata (they call the problems to be solved "katas") as well but for some reason I am prevented from adding another screenshot aside from the other two above. Stay tuned for more posts as I solve more problems.
