The game of memecoins is typically a quick lived one of who can get in the lowest and who can get out before everyone else sells.

This game often has a few winners and a lot of losers.

Once in a while a coin will pick up momentum after the initial winners are long gone and these coins gain a cult like following. Usually coins with very large supplies can create the perfect environment for this to happen. The community bands together and pushes the coin and it will gain a critical mass of followers as it slowly rises.

Then there are coins that start communities before the launch.

They structure the supply in ways that allow for growth, positivity, and inclusiveness. It is these qualities that can make a community prosper, even in the hardest of times.

These communities will look to help those that are struggling. They will help people outside of the financial aspect of the coin. 

Good deeds will be done and the positivity becomes infectious.

This is when things start to get really crazy. If the group ever faces any hard times they will pull each other up and as if almost by magic they will overcome any obstacles in their path. 

For these communities to thrive they need a variety of members functioning as essential parts and pieces of a machine.

As true for any machine, there are many parts and pieces. Some may be imperative for function such as the batteries in a watch, or the gears, or the hands. Some may be there for protection such as the watch face. Some may be there to hold it in place like the wrist band or clasp, while others may just be there for looks, it can bring value to the overall machine itself and help it become an item of inspiration.

One such community that has been growing recently is at first glance just another memecoin.

The name itself lends you to believe it's just another coin in the sea of coins, ripe for a quick rise and fall... yet when you dive under the surface you can see the great depths of its waters and the thriving animals just below the surface. 

This erroneously termed memecoin, more accurately described as a community coin, or community token, or movement is officially called Just A Lotto ($LOTTO). 

I have been watching this community for just a few days but listening to the spaces calls has been eye opening. Members have been actively sharing their stories about how they have been taken advantage of in the memecoin space, how they are sick of rug pulls and coins that make no sense whatsoever. Coins that seem to come and go with no leadership and no community. 

I have heard many other heartwarming things as well such as members having new kids, quitting harmful paths in life, and choosing to be better in everyday life.

These are good people helping people do good.

The developers also are helping the community along the way with the structure of their float. They set aside a relatively large percentage of coins to give away to people who show conviction and who show kindness and community as the year progresses. They have been transparent as well, showing all of their wallets and addresses to allow the community to peer into the inner workings of what is going on.

I've truly never seen anything like this. Perhaps I'm just too new to the space, but nevertheless it is inspiring to see something with such potential and with people having so much conviction that it has changed my mind on what to look for when searching for a place to invest my money. One would never think to invest in a memecoin, or most coins for that matter. It's typically just a quick in and out.

But Just A Lotto has convinced me otherwise.

It is my hope that more communities will follow this example and hopefully transform the memecoin space into something more tangible and transcendent rather than just a quick moment in time.
