One of the worst elements in the United States, which has one of the largest cryptocurrency markets in the world, is certainly the lack of a certain order and pattern in regulation. The lack of regulation, which has stalled the development of the leading cryptocurrency Bitcoin (BTC) and other altcoins in particular, has left investors and entrepreneurs stranded.

Although Congressman Warren Davidson, who wants to address the issue, has introduced the Token taxation law for review later this year, it's hard to say whether it will be fully adopted yet. The relevant law covers the treatment of cryptocurrencies as property in the United States and aims to solve individuals ' problems.

In a recent interview, Kristin Smith, president of the blockchain Union, asked Davidson about both the law and other developments in the cryptocurrency sector. Davidson also expressed the following about the development of the relevant law and, interestingly, Libra:::::

"Actually, we don't have time to focus right now because of the Libra stuff. Before the scales were announced, we found several sponsors involved in the law. We still need more support and we don't have time for that right now.”

The congressman also admitted that if the scales were introduced, they would be taxed like Bitcoin, in which case Facebook's stablecoin would be considered property.
