Real Estate tokens investing experiment (week 3)

Happy New Year! In the first day, of 2020, the experiment prices, were recorded. It's amazing, how the underlying asset (Real Estate), gives stability, in the experiment portfolio. There are ups and downs, in the crypto market, but the portfolio, performs very well.

Breezecoin = 0.4653 USD
Propy = 0.0727 USD
Max Property Group = 0.0035 USD

So, let's check out the scenario 1

Breezecoin: 20,149 coins x 0.4653 = 9375.3297 USD
Propy: 10,012 coins x 0.0727 = 727.8724 USD
Max Propery Group: 25,757 coins x 0.0035 = 90.1495 USD

Scenario 1 value is: 10193.3516. This is a good result, with a gain of 1.93%

Now the scenario 2

Breezecoin: 198 coins x 0.4653 = 92.1294 USD
Propy: 12,244 coins x 0.0727 = 890.1388 USD
Max Property Group: 2,712,121 coins x 0.0035 = 9492.4235 USD

Scenario 2 value is: 10474.6917. Again, there is a good gain of 4.74%

When I started this experiment, I was expecting this kind of behavior. It seems (till now), that this is a succesful experiment.
