Vodi X

Vodi, established in 2014, is an extraordinary successful ans award-winning all-in-one mobile platform, with more than 5 million users, in 200 countries. Users can do money transfers, top up prepaid mobile phones, send eGift cards, and do powerful communications like text messaging and video calls. Through extensive research, it was found that not all users, are able to utilize, the app's full feature suite. These users, are from developing countries, where lower income and purchasing power, are the norm.

In order to resolve these limitations, and promote equal opportunity, Vodi launched Vodi X, a decentralized ecommerce system, leveraging blockchain, and smart contract technology. It is implemented in two phases. The first is, the Vodi micro-task, and the second, is the Vodi decentralized App. With the micro-task, all Vodi users, can have access to new income opportunities. With the decentralized App, other applications, and regular Vodi users, can plug into Vodi X. The current Vodi services include: Monetization, Micro-tasking, Money transfers, eGift cards, Mobile top-up, International calling, free video/voice calls, and a voting platform. Micro tasking, has become increasingly popular, over the years, but many problems remain.

Vodi X, has created a blockchain-based ecosystem, that will eliminate existing challenges in the micro-tasking industry, by minimizing human interventions, allowing seamless payment transactions, and ensuring, a fair system overall, that benefits all participants. The Vodi X tokens, will be used, for all economic transactions, in the ecosystem. With the Vodi App ecosystem, other merchants, can have access, to Vodi's huge user base, with more than 5 million users.

To ensure that users are incentivized to produce quality work, for the companies, a reputation system, called V-REP, will be implemented on the Vodi X platform. This system, will allow companies, to rate users work, and users can rate companies for the clarity of the job description.

The Vodi X token, VDX, is an ERC20 utility token, on the Ethereum blockchain, that powers, the Vodi X commerce system. They can be staked, to list tasks, pay users, staked to build Dapps for the ecosystem, and make purchases. They are also staked from users that do micro-tasks. Without staking, a user cannot receive a micro-task.
