Google Announced as Enterprise Validator Node
I will give you in a series of articles the reasons to believe that Theta Labs is a strong project, with a lot of future and destined for great things. So let's go with the first one, announced recently.
On May 27, 2020, the tech giant Google Cloud becomes the newest member as an Enterprise Validator along with Binance, Blockchain Ventures, and Gumi. Theta’s Enterprise Validator Node program allows enterprises to validate transactions in accordance with Theta’s underlying consensus protocol. Google Cloud will provide its infrastructure in support of Theta´s long term mission and future growth, users around the world will have the ability to deploy and run Theta nodes directly from Google Cloud Marketplace (GCP Marketplace) with just a few clicks. Google cloud is the 5th external enterprise validator, Theta Labs has plans to have 31 of these enterprise validators, 26 more to come.
A great alliance without a doubt, however those who want to stake Theta tokens at a lower cost or even without any cost at all, there are a couple of options that I will mention in the next posts.
