Hey folks, if you follow me on twitter, you’ll have received notice that as of last Friday, Loop Finance has taken another step towards their migration to the Juno network, and that the Loop “Rescue Mission Airdrop” is now live.
If you haven’t received your airdrop yet and you aren’t sure whether or not you’re eligible, you can check your terra classic address here to see if it’s listed. If you don’t see your address and if you originally used a hardware wallet to secure your Terra address, you can submit this form in order to try to qualify.
Assuming that you are eligible, you can claim your airdrops in the following easy steps:
Step 1: Connecting your Keplr Wallet
Visit juno.tools/airdrops/ and connect your Keplr wallet so that your address can access Juno Tools:

Once verified, all you have to do is click on the ‘Claim’ Button on the righthand side of the screen.
Step 2: Connecting your Terra Station wallet
Hitting the claim button will prompt you to sign into your Terra Station wallet. In order for the network to confirm that your wallet is eligible, make sure you’re connected via Terra Station Classic:

Step 3: Claiming your Airdrop
After connecting both of your wallets and verifying your gas fees, you should get a confirmation showing you that your $LOOP has been claimed:

Step 4: Verify your airdrop
To make sure everything is in working order, visit https://juno.loop.markets/my, connect your Keplr Wallet, and then go to the Portfolio section to see your newly airdropped tokens:

And voila you’ve completed your airdrop!
A couple of other notes to add:
The airdrop period closes on November 18th, 2022 so be sure to make sure you have claimed your airdrop before then. At time of writing, approximately only 15,247,983 of 41,472,332.5 tokens have been claimed.
LOOP/USDC and LOOP/JUNO pools are currently live, and the APY’s are currently pretty insane:

As with most many minted pools, I imagine that as these become more popular, the APY’s will inevitably have to decrease.
Conclusion:
After the fallout from Terra Luna, I have been extremely impressed with the Loop Finance team as it’s been obvious that they’ve been continuing to build diligently. And if you’re curious about what they have next in store, I highly recommend following them on twitter: https://twitter.com/loop_finance because they frequently post many of there alpha and updates there. (and be sure to follow me on my twitter account to get all my latest updates as well: https://twitter.com/CryptosWith)
