With the risk of receiving a lot of hate for what I am about to say next I can clearly call the majority of the participants in the crypto space(media outlets included) just a bunch of pussies. Despite being "members of one of the world's most significant revolution" plenty of them are so fearful and constipated all the time.

There's some piece of news recently about a bill that's proposed in the Senate of United States that's supposed to "cancel crypto". How the fuck are they going to do that?... I haven't even read the news and don't even care what's all about, but I sure unfollowed Altcoin Daily for spreading FUD and being a shitty click baiter.

Nobody can cancel anything about crypto. Yes, some like Binance may bow against regulators and some things will for sure change in regards of how we will be interacting with crypto in the years to come, but there's no canceling button that a bunch of corrupt powers can push and suddenly burn this revolution down to ashes.

It's just FUD. Or maybe I'm too dumb to understand it... I have a couple of questions though: how are these gonna stop miners from mining, me from spending crypto around and anyone using DeFi, how are they going to stop VISA and MASTERCARD who announce almost on a weekly basis partnerships with all sort of crypto projects from making Bitcoin a currency to be used around the world and how are they gonna cancel my peer to peer transaction with anyone in this world?

If I want to transfer someone in the US a couple of sats, how's the US government going to stop that? It can't and it will never will. Governments will have to learn to live with crypto. As @taskmaster4450 was tweeting yesterday, "they can't regulate at the pace we can build". Does anyone think that all of a sudden all of this is going to end?

Fucking no... Look at Bitcoin's chart, it doesn't even care about no American bill, that probably some senators don't even understand...

Even if presumably "crypto can be canceled", although I have high doubts about that, it's not like the end of the world. We can start a community somewhere, like El Salvador or Liberland and show the middle finger to "governors and senators". Fuck them! At this point, after living in this pandemic for 1.5 years, I have no respect for any politician or police officer in this world.

Crypto won't be and can't be canceled. All they can do is try to keep the pace with its evolution by continually rebranding their dinosaurs laws, but they'll likely fail. Same as they did with covering the 9/11 event and many others. We're not stupid. There's more grey matter in crypto than in all the governments in the world.

Bitcoin is the "fuck you money", not the beg you money. Honestly this thing is my last frontier in this suffocating society that we got to live in and I'm going to fight for it for as long as I will be able to do so. I don't know about you, but crypto to me is indeed financial freedom, thus I will circumvent anything I can with crypto.

Even the Chinese are still in crypto despite all the bans in the world and sooner than later we will have cryptocurrencies accepted for payments all over the world, Ukraine just announcing that. I bet plenty of businesses around the world are going to accept crypto after 1.5 years of being chocked by the governments in the name of a damn virus.

We used to be called fighters at some point, where is that sense now, cuz I sure don't see it too often anymore in the crypto space. It's like so many are waiting like puppies for governments to approve our sovereignty. Haven't they already proved they don't give a shit about that? Why we should be still waiting for corrupt powers that have been enslaving us for centuries to all of a sudden make us free.

Crypto can do that, Bitcoin was designed to do so, so we should better focus our attention towards enhancing our decentralized world and show the damn middle finger to these so called regulators. Crypto is not to be regulated and I don't think we need any regulation. Let investors get scammed and lose all their money, if that dumb, they'll probably learn something and act like adults after a while.

I am for four years in crypto and haven't been scammed once, or lost any money. On the contrary, I have one of my best experiences in my entire life since I onboarded this train. I love crypto and I want to do this for my entire life. If my government will try and make my life hard by cracking down on crypto, I'll simply leave the country, there has to be a better option.

I'll even walk if necessary, I'll bribe and I'll push forward, but definitely not quit. What am I left with if I quit crypto? Nothing... Hence, we just have to continually keep on building. They can't regulate at the same pace, "they still in the paper era"...
