It is very nice to eat hot soup in the evening or afternoon during winter. Especially hot soup is good for our health as well as it gives an energy boost to the body. Usually, there are different types of soups seen in restaurants. Especially Thai soup and chicken soup, mushroom soup are specially sold. Although I have never made mushroom soup before, this time I cooked a soup like the first time. In fact, I like to eat any soup very much. This time I found the mushroom soup incredibly delicious. So I thought that from now on, whenever I feel hungry during winter, I can make and eat such mushroom soup. Today, I have made this recipe and shared it with you. I hope you like this mushroom soup recipe that I have made.

 

🍲Ingredients for this Mushroom Soup🍲

 

Ingredients Quantity Chicken fine chopped 250 g Mushroom 1/3 cup Chopped Onion 1 tbsp Chicken stock 1 cup Chopped Garlic 3 cloves Mix Spice 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Oil 1 tbsp Milk 1 cup Water 1 cup Cornflower 3 tsp Coriander 1 tbsp Cabbage 2 tbsp Black pepper powder 1 tsp

step 1 :

 

I put a pan on the stove. I added some oil to it. When the oil got hot, I added the chicken. I fried the mushrooms for a while. Then I fried them for a while more. After that, I added the garlic cloves and fried them for a while more.

At this stage, I added chopped cabbage, chopped onion, chili powder, and salt to the pan.

At this stage, I added the mixed spices and chicken stock to the pan. Since the amount of chicken stock was less, I added another cup of water. Then I continued to cook it for five minutes.

At this stage, when the cooking was done well, I added milk. I cooked it for a while longer with the milk. When it had reduced a lot, I dissolved the cornflowers in water in a cup and started cooking the soup by stirring it slowly.

I poured it into a bowl of soup while it was still hot, and everyone in the environmentally conscious house enjoyed eating it together.

Cooking seems quite difficult to me. That's why sometimes I feel a lot of fear when I go to cook. Because when cooking oil, a lot of it spills on my body. And this thing scares me a lot. Still, I gradually made this cooking a little easier. Still, I was a little afraid in my mind, because many times it is seen that oil spills and falls on my body. Today, when I put the chicken in oil, a lot of oil droplets fell on my hands. Anyway, after preparing everything like this, it was very tasty to eat. After working hard on anything, if the work is done well, then the pain is relieved.

I have never tried mushroom soup before. I have eaten mushroom soup when I was abroad. But I have never eaten mushroom soup in my country. And I have never had the opportunity to make it. I made this soup for the first time today. Speaking of this, it can be said that it is very easy to make, but it will be even easier for those who are experts in cooking. I like to do anything in a new way. So I can say that I really enjoyed making mushroom soup and it was incredibly fun to eat.

This season I have seen various soup recipes. But I never got a chance to try the soups. Because I don't have time to cook like this during my busy schedule. But today when I saw this mushroom soup, I thought I should try it to see what mushroom soup is like. And that's why I tried mushroom soup. And I liked it so much that it has become my favorite dish. I have always liked Thai soup. But here there was no Thai soup in the course, chicken soup which was also very tasty. After all, any kind of soup will be very healthy for our body during this winter.
