First of all, I want to thanks @selina1 for arranging such a beautiful fast food item challenge. Fast food items are very popular with everyone. Especially for afternoon snacks or to satisfy a light hunger in the middle of the day, such light and thin fast food items are always on our food list. Although these can be bought from the market, the prices are high. However, I don't make much at home myself. Different recipes are made according to the contest. And as such, I got the opportunity to make the burger recipe this time. I thought I would share this fun and quick-to-make fast food item with all of you. So that you can see the processing of my preparation and I can also participate in the challenge.

Ingredients required for making Fried Chicken

Step-1

First, I mixed the spices one by one. After mixing well, I added the tomato sauce.

Step-2

Now I added the minced chicken to the spices. After mixing everything well, I mixed it again with soy sauce.

Step-3

Now I mixed half of an egg and kneaded it again for a while. Then I made small chicken patties. Then I put them in the fridge for a while.

Step-4

Now I added a generous amount of oil to the frying pan. When the oil was hot, I added the chicken patties and fried them on both sides. I fried them well and took them out.

Step-5

Now I lightly toasted the buns. Then I added tomato sauce and mayonnaise to them.

Step-6

Now I have the burger ready with chicken patties, lettuce leaves, tomato slices, onions, and another bun on top.

Everyone in my family loves to eat fast food items. However, fast food items from outside are not eaten very much. Most of the time, various fast food items are prepared at home. However, since this is a homemade burger, I want to share it with my son. Because he loves to eat such foods. But of course, if it is prepared at home, he is allowed to eat it. When I was making this burger, he kept asking from behind what I was making. And while I was making it and telling him what it was, I basically gasped. Anyway, he ate it very happily later, which I really liked.

Actually, there was no problem in making this recipe. Because all the ingredients required for this recipe were at home. However, I bought the lettuce leaves from an organic farm. I also bought the burger buns. But everything else was at home.
