Hello! How are you doing? I hope fine. It's October, the first month of autumn (at least here were i live), the month of fallen leaves, sweaters, cozy blankets, furry peluche to snuggle with-or a special one if you prefer-, spices, spooky and of course...pumpkins! As a proud gardener i'm happy to declare that i finally have some pumpkins into my garden after YEARS od tries! Literally,i've only gotten flowers up until now; the pumpkin it's good to do many things from recipes to the classic jack-o-lantern,that's why i decided to share one of my favourite drinks of the season: pumpkin spice latte. Thank you Starbucks for this discovery.

INGREDIENTS:
-100g of pumpkin puree
-150 ml of water
-250g of dark sugar
-5g of cinnamon
-5g of mixed spices
-600 ml of milk
-4 cups of Espresso coffee
-120g of whipped cream

THE MAKING:

The first thing you have to do is to prepare the syrup so grap a pan,put water and sugar inside and make it dissolve on low flame. Add the puree and the spices and cook stirring for 5 minutes, then stop the flame and let it cool. You can boil then mash the pumkin to have the puree. Since this are the doses for 4 people you need 4 different cups to assmble the drink if this order: on the bottom 2 spoons of pumpkin syrup, boiling milk (i prefer room temperature milk if you made to be drinker shortly after, any milk is ok), a cup of coffee (this is also boiling and that's why i said that before), whipped cream to your liking and a little shake of cinnamon or any other toppings you like and done! A cozy drink to enjoy alone or with company, anytime!

See you next time!
