This is a bit of a shorter post them my previous one on and about this game. But I would argue that it is still a post that holds good value to is regarding its content. Hopefully, you will agree with me on that as well.

Making lemonades with lemons

As the old Swedish saying goes "a loved child has many names". And I find that holds true for bad situations as well. Andi n this case I will focus on losing. To be more precise when we lose badly pretty fast. And no matter what you tell your friends on the internet. ;) This, I am sure, has happened to almost every one of us. One time or another.

At least it keeps happening to me over and over. =(

How then to turn this really bad situation into a good one? Can there really be a silver lining to this? Well, it depends on how you look at it. There is one thing you can do that will add up over time, and that undoubtedly is a good thing. At least if you plan on playing the game for an extended amount of time.

I am sure your sitter there crying "STOP STALLING AND GET ON WITH IT" by now. =) And I will. ;)

The thing you can do that will help you in the long run is... Pass your turn. There, it is as easy as that. Let me explain what I mean. 

Normally when people are losing they will just resign, rage a bit, and then possibly start a new game. Especially if you are on the first 5 turns of the game. But if you simply collect yourself and pass the turn to your opponent before resigning this small thing will add up in the larger scope of things. 

How so. Well, the amount of experience increases the longer the game goes on. So simply by passing your turn before resigning, you have added one more turn to the game. Giving you slightly more experience. This is especially true for those really fast games that end sub 5 mana gems. Here I have found that just passing can give you as much as 25 more experience points. 

Even I get lucky sometimes. Here I got a legendary in the 4th card slot

And these small chunks of experience will add up. This is because they will allow you to get your next free card pack just a little bit faster. And as a free 2 play player. More cards greatly increase the type of decks I am able to put together. And maybe you will get lucky and get one of those rarer cards in that card pack.
