Yay, this is recipe for you guys who want to make Nasi goreng by yourself, I will make it simple so lets do it
First of all you need to prepare the ingredients
- Rice about a bowl
- seasoning such as salt, pepper, powder broth, and soy sauce
- vegie (spring onion, carrot, cabbage)
- chilly, onion and garlic.
- egg
- and oil, its not called nasi goreng if theres no oil...
Just it, but if you want to add some sausage, chicken, or seafood like shrimp, is up to you:)
Now cooking
- cut the vegie, chilly, onion and garlic
- heat the pan, add oil, not that much, and fried the egg first. Set aside
- saute the spices (chilly, onion and garlic)
- add the rice, egg and vegie on the last.
- add seasoning you feel enough.
And done. Serve it.
