The currency within the game is UPX (game token). Players can have four levels: Visitor, Uplander (10,000 upx), Pro (100,000 upx), Director (1,000,000 upx) and Executive Director (10,000,000 upx).

When we start we are visitors, we have several restrictions and also have to remember to renew the weekly visa.

When we gather 10,000 UPX is when we can go to the next level which is Uplander, at that level the properties we buy will remain our property forever since they are minted in the blockchain

When registering with a referral you will start with a 6000 UPX bonus, which makes it much easier to advance to the next level.

How I started

When I signed up they gave me a bonus of 5000 UPX, I think I made a mistake for rushing, I wanted to get to uplander quickly so with 5 dollars, I got there. I chose Detroit as the city that the game told me was the city with the cheapest properties
With the initial money I bought the cheapest properties I could find. Add the first property to the Newbie collection to collect the prize. With that money plus daily bonuses buy two more adjacent properties to collect the king of the street prize.
In short, with three properties, completed 3 collections: Newbie, King of the street, and the city.

With that money I was able to buy two more and complete the City Pro collection (you have to have 5 properties in the same city).

If you do the same without investing the five dollars you will be able to reach Uplander (and if you get properties for 2000 UPX), which gives them the possibility of putting properties for sale. After that it's patience, log in every day, collect the daily bonus.
If you invest take advantage of the referral bonus I think that is around 50%
Visitors cannot sell properties and uplanders can sell 2 per week. Until you collect the 100,000 Upx and be a director
There is an issue with the daily bonuses, they only last 3 weeks, if you log in every 24 hours. But if they log in more often, it ends sooner. My advice is also to be patient and not log in earlier.
If you see an area that you want to return to, write down the name of a property, and later with the search engine you can return
Be careful with the sends, it is the only way to control the block explorer, but we have a limit of 11 sends. We can recharge them if you click on the planes but have to  stay around, and to go there you have to consume a send
Never spend the last shipment to be able to send it to a plane. The recharge of the sends is 3 per day
When you buy a property you can adjust the value you receive for each player that is transported to your property.
Properties that form a collection or that are close to airports or train terminals are more coveted.
So that we beginners can buy there are FSA properties. Only visitors and uplanders can buy them and sell them at double their value to those with a higher level.
Normally I am selling the properties at twice the value that I bought them. If I'm close to completing the week and didn't sell, I lower the price a little. It is always a good idea to see how much they are selling for in the area
Be careful when you put the price, make sure it is UPX or dollars. There were many cases that unintentionally sold at low values ​​of upx believing that they were dollars.
