The 7500 Bitcoin-trash saga comes to an end

So much for a happy ending. After a hard and lengthy battle James Howells, the man who accidentally saw his computer hard drive with over 75000 Bitcoins end up in a landfill, was told it was over and that he could not even take it to trial.

I frequently checked up on him over the years because there's no way any of this could be easy on him, and as a fellow Bitcoiner I sympathize completely. Last time I checked he narrowed the area down which would limit the work, dangers and damage that needed to be done and he was planning to use robot dogs to get the drive back.

But alas today the high court officially rejected his attempts to sue the city council for refusing to allow him access to the site. ''High Court judge today threw out his attempt to sue the council in an attempt to force it to allow recovery or pay compensation for its value. Judge Andrew Keyser KC said there were no ‘reasonable grounds’ for bringing the claim and ‘no realistic prospect’....In a written judgement, the judge said: ‘I consider that the particulars of claim do not show any reasonable grounds for bringing this case....I also consider that the claim would have no realistic prospect of succeeding if it went to trial and that there is no other compelling reason why it should be disposed of at trial.’'

Howells' response to this was:

‘'The case being struck out at the earliest hearing doesn’t even give me the opportunity to explain myself or an opportunity for justice in any shape or form. There was so much more that could have been explained in a full trial and that’s what I was expecting....This ruling has taken everything from me and left me with nothing. It’s the great British injustice system striking again.’'

IDK man, hope he gets all the support he needs. Something like that will haunt you forever and I would truly like to see the Bitcoin community come together to at least do something for him. He's apart of Bitcoin history like the Pizza guy, the ''sold my Bitcoin for 0.30 cent'' guy, the ''I'm not Satoshi'' guy. Speaking of which every now and then I go back to watch that video and the more I watch it, the more suspicious I get.

Like his alibi on what he was doing around 2010 when Bitcoin was being developed being ''I was at home.'' The winking lie that he could not have engineered Bitcoin because ''I was just an engineer doing something else.'' He identifies himself and factually proves his name is in fact Satoshi Nakamoto, then concludes someone linked ''a fictitious'' name to Bitcoin.🤔

I guess we just have to accept the fact that our Bitcoin creator is not a good liar.😂

Things are almost never as they seem. If you sincerely think that world powers would spend their money and resources in order to just "help" citizens from foreign nations, you might want to ask yourself why they've been neglecting and out right murdering their own citizens for decades. What are their true motives for wanting to fund foreign (terror) groups, start global confrontations and wars? I'll let you in on a little secret; It has NOTHING to do with "human rights" nor "democracy".
