The economic crisis is making our lives more unbearable day by day.
Global supply chain problems, inflation, and also the economic problems caused by the pandemic are on the display!
The press is constantly talking about these and attributes problems to them.
But is it really so?
There is a shortage of all kinds of products and inputs, from food to chips, from commodities to plastics!
In addition to shortage, extraordinary weather conditions and natural events are more active than ever before. On the one hand, there are wildfires, floods, on the other hand, extreme heat and insufficient rainfall and water scarcity!
Did you know that even the chip crisis we hear all the time is based on water scarcity?
Yeah extremely technological product but even its shortage depends on water shortage!
What I want to say is this one is not like any previous crisis. Main problem behind all of these so called reasons (inflation, supply-chain problems etc.) is shortage and it depends on variables that we can't affect at all!
The weirdest thing is the most of people don't know about this problem and media / governments never talk about it! (except The Economist which had a cover with title of "Shortage Economy" Oct/2021) People think their economic situation is worse because of some dumbasses in governments or they can't find some products in supermarket due to lack of truck drivers for shipping! But reality is SHORTAGE!
Shortly if we can survive this crisis, we all would have long stories to tell to our grandchildren :)
