Ben’s already eighty,
Still has the vitality.
Is also active in sports,
A potent force in the courts.

He maintains a fast pace,
Doesn’t like to laze.
To keep up, people find it tough,
When the going is rough.

Minimum is his food intake,
Yet, the strong bones aren’t fake.
He sticks to his regime,
Of daily workout at the gym.

Ben has the energy to defeat many;
In arm wrestling, he wins money,
Ladies want to be his companion,
For he’s the National Champion!
