Vanished

It’s not enough I’m banished,
Into thin air you’ve vanished,
Leaving me alone.
Tried to find out
What this is all about ----
Couldn’t get you on the phone.

Now, I may be in tears,
Yet had four good years;
Guess I shan’t complain.
Though you’ve everything,
From you, I want nothing,
And make no claim.

However, I’m just stumped,
Why I’ve been dumped.
Don’t want to repeat the mistake,
Hope you can enlighten me;
So a better lover I can be,
Ensure the right choices I make.
