Here I am, at my desk
I keep nodding off,
I need to fight it
Lest I crash to the ground
It's getting harder
To stay up too late,
Set new sleep routine
And not strain like this.
What makes me this tired
I don't have the answer,
Both mentally and physically
I am ready to break.
I pray for just that little bit
Of strength to recharge,
To go on some more
A short distance further.
