May’s telling all and sundry,
Her husband uses physical force.
She’s in a quandary,
If she should get a divorce.

People consider her crazy,
To dump a man so able.
Things would be easy,
If she’s more capable.

Alas, she’s just a housewife,
World centered on the family.
Didn’t have her own life,
Now, she’s paying quite heavily.

Trying to seek friends’ advice,
Doesn’t improve the situation.
They think her stories are lies,
That she’s looking for attention.
