We’re the new generation,
Men and women of the cyber age.
Modern technology is no fiction,
Internet presence, all the rage.

With a click of the mouse,
Our toughest questions are answered,
In the comfort of our house ---
Who knows we aren’t wearing a shirt?

Communication is made easy,
With e-mail and instant messaging.
For hours, we are kept busy,
Chatting with pals who’re engaging.

Cyber friends are just too many,
Like ships that pass in the night.
But some characters are zany,
Make our life’s burdens seem light.
