When times are tough
And your days sour as lime,
When you're hard-pressed for a laugh
In your pocket nary a dime...

When the path ahead is long and dark
And your thoughts are jumbled,
Like the lost kid in the park
Taking every step tumbled...

Put your head down and hustle
There is not much else you can do,
As you unravel life's puzzle
To overcome the challenges served you...

Just put each foot forward
Move ahead, don't look back,
Take my hand hence onward
Life's mysteries together we unpack.
