I speak but you don't listen
You hear yet may not understand;
Words I use seem too deep
To comprehend somehow.
You do but I did not ask
I ask but you do not do;
What I want you can't give
But give what I already have.
How this will pan out
*shrug*.. only God knows;
I'm too tired to wonder
So just go with the flow.
Time will only tell
Long it might take;
Hold on tight, you and me
It's gonna be one rough ride.
