Things light up when you smile,
For your inner beauty
Shines far, over a mile,
Despite your eyes which are beady.
There’s nothing spectacular
About the way you look.
To smile all day, you’re particular,
It’s the only rule in your book.
You don’t have dress sense,
With a front tooth chipped.
Fashion to you is in the past tense,
All’s right if your dress is zipped.
In your arms, kids feel secure,
In you, there’s no hate or deceit.
Though you make yourself obscure,
In our home, you’re free to take a seat.
