Firecrackers are lighted
Just out my window,
Bang, bang, they go
Giving doggo a fright.
It's New Year's Eve
We're ringing in 2022
Our hopes are high
Looking forward to it
A fresh start we'll have
A blank slate it is,
Where everything is 0
Beginning from Day 1.
So, welcome 2022!
We are ready for you,
Bring it on, but....
Do be kind to us.
