Funfair

A resident clown,
Lips in a frown,
Was chased by children,
So he pretended to run.

During the funfair,
All who came openly stared,
At the juggler’s amazing feat
For grabbing items with his feet.

People were clapping loudly,
Cheering boisterously,
Enthralled by the magician,
With a remarkable reputation.

This was a place
Opened for ten days.
All were assured of enjoyment
And family entertainment.
