Birthday Wishes

It’s been five years
Since we parted with tears.
On our last day of school,
Were glum but acted cool.

You remembered me,
Invited me to your party.
I’ll be at this gathering,
For it sounds exciting.

I’ve bought a present,
Hope you’ll find pleasant.
I’m also rendering a song,
Be delighted if all sing along.

Tomorrow, your birthday,
Is an exceptional day.
May the skies remain blue,
And all your wishes come true.
