Tell me you’re in agreement
That we’ve hope to reconcile;
After our recent argument,
Which turned so vile.
You know I’m most sorry
For this rift I’ve caused,
Raised your fury;
So I‘ll make it up at all costs.
My mind was snapped shut,
Closed to all reasoning.
The sea is now calm but
As I’m wrong, I’ll start repaying.
I trust my apologies you’ll accept,
I’m ready to be punished.
You can do anything to me except,
To say, "We’re finished."
