I write not for fame,
My works sometimes bring shame.
I write because I like to share,
Though they could raise your hair.
Isn’t tricky if we put our hearts to it.
But, humble pie I’m going to eat.
Folks put me down; yet, I’ve the love
Perhaps I’ve a gift from above?
I’m going to do my part,
By working really hard.
Though at times I look like a fool,
Luckily my batteries are charged full.
I don’t mind walking an extra mile,
My turn will come; then I’ll smile.
When I’ve my own way,
I’ll have the final say.
