Step-by-step guide

1. Download and install the Mavryk Wallet browser extension.
   1. Create a new wallet and secure your seed phrase.
   2. Visit Mavryk’s official testnet faucet page.
2. Go to the Mavryk Testnet Dashboard and connect your wallet.
3. Deposit and Earn
   1. Deposit your MVRK tokens into the platform and confirm the transaction.
   2. Complete the same Deposit & Earn process using your testnet USDT.
4. Borrow Assets
   1. Navigate to the Borrow section of the dashboard.
   2. Select Borrow MVRK and create a Vault with a custom name.
   3. Enter your desired loan amount, choose a validator, and confirm the transaction.
5. Stake Your MVN Tokens
   1. In the Staking section, choose the amount of MVN you want to stake and confirm the transaction.
   2. Visit the Satellite section, click Delegate, and confirm your delegation transaction.
6. Visit Equiteez testnet website, find the Hilton Mars 1 section.
7. Connect your wallet and select Buy.
8. Enter the amount you want to purchase, agree to the terms, and confirm the transaction.
9. Repeat this process for Ocean Front Property.
