In the [previous post](https://steemit.com/palnet/@fredkese/what-chivalry-is-not) I spoke about who a chivalrous man isn't. I explained to you what chivalry means. This time round, I want to take you through who a chivalrous man is. You might agree, you might not agree, but I would still love to hear from you your opinion.

A chivalrous man is committed to his principles. He values commitments and know what it means to him. He has a code of ethics which he lives by. He values good and decent things. He doesn't live by the notion that, "anything goes". He's virtues and takes decisions based on his virtues. He's a noble and gracious in the way he treats and deals with others.

A chivalrous man lives to give the best of himself to the world. He is committed to his life's purpose. He always wants to serve the world. In whatever career he chooses, he decides to give his all in productive pursuit. He's passionate about what he does and sees it as his idea calling. He does it like nobody else.

A chivalrous man is someone who treats people the way he wants to be treated. He's committed to his relationships. He makes the world around him a better place and sees that as his duty. He constantly develops empathy for others. He always makes it a point to treat people with respect and honor, no matter who they are.
