Steem Engine Tools By @Cadawg

Until this morning, I didn't know there was a way to check your open orders on steem-engine. A couple of weeks ago, I made a post requesting for an open order tab on steem-engine. An open order tab will allow you to see your buy and sell orders that are yet to be filled. This is great for people who place orders that are lower or higher than the current market prices.

What I used to do is to memorize the tokens where I have placed orders. So in an event where I want to cancel the trade, or check on it's progress with regards to how soon or likely it is to be filled, I have to check on the tokens one after the other. In the event that I forget the tokens I placed orders on, I have to check lots of tokens on the steem-engine market just to know if I have any open orders on any of them.

I recently saw a [post](https://steemit.com/programming/@cadawg/steem-engine-tools-market-open-orders-and-market-calculators) by @cadawg where he mentions that he has a steem-engine tool that allows you to check on open orders and do a lot more. I checked it out and i like it so I'm letting you know so you give it a try. [Here's the link.](https://steem.tools/steemengine/index.php) You can use it to see open orders on tokens. You can use it to calculate the amount of steem you will need to buy a specified number of tokens per the available sell orders and vice versa. It's a very handy tool and you should give it a try. You can [donate](https://steem.tools/steemengine/donations.php) to @cadawg if you find it helpful.
