Health benefits of raw food
Did you know that almost all vegetables you can eat uncooked? Probably yes. And they even taste much better. Last year I tried for the first rime raw couliflower, even though I knew I can eat it uncooked. You can put it in salads and it adds beautyfull crunch to your meal. Also, not cooking it saves minerals that would go in the water and vitamins that disintegrate with cooking.
I'm not saying that you should change your entire food making to raw, but sometimes something new can make your day. For example quick tuna salad where you can add something new, like raw couliflower or broccoli. With current inflation rate, you will even save some money by not spending gas or electricity on cooking ;)
