Gold dust today, a fortune tomorrow!

By True_Grin | FleetWoodBigMac | 10 Mar 2021

The year is 2021, you power on your PC and open that folder you've moved from your previous PC and the one before that to the corner of your desktop for 10 years. You've put away 10 dollars in Bitcoin both as an experiment but also as a way of working on your self control. It wasn't an investment or a big gamble, it was just an exercise in patience.

Your 'Gold Dust Experiment'

This had nothing to do with future price predictions.

This had nothing to do with the fact that you had just rewatched the Matrix or whichever Sci-Fi movie was your poison.

Take this infamous story:

In 2010, Laszlo Hanyecz transacted 10,000 Bitcoin to buy two juicy pizzas.
TWO JUICY PIZZAS!

Bitcoin users had all sorts of seemingly outrageous price predictions in 2010 which would have seemed absolutely insane... But calling for 50,000USD per BTC probably sounded a whole lot like calling for 100,000,000USD per BTC today.

This is just 2000x away.. Before you dismiss this as ridiculous remember this..
Bitcoin has 50000x from its price in 2011 which wasn't even its lowest going price.

2009 market value
Back to the present, you have sold your gold dust patience test and taken your 550,000USD reward.

You decide to up the stakes... You invest 10$ in the each of the Top 100 coins. You store your 'gold dust' somewhere safe and secure to prepare for another 10 years.

You better remember though, that gold dust is magic and will exceed your expectations beyond anything you could have imagined so strap in and enjoy the ride.

The year is 2031, you power on your pc...........................
