The Auto Faucet hard at work.

FireFaucet: a guide for the Auto-Claim System

By eagerfarmer | Faucetsip | 21 Aug 2025

FireFaucet is one of the best and oldest running crypto faucet sites in the scene. There are many ways to earn crypto with it, but this post explores the unusual. I dedicate it to one if its less understood features: the Auto Faucet, its auto-claim system.

For those unfamiliar, FireFaucet rewards your activity with Auto Claim Points, or ACPs. These points can be:

  • Directly converted to withdrawable USD specific to a given cryptocurrency for a 5% fee
  • Fed into the so-called Auto Faucet which converts it into withdrawable USD over time, once per minute.

We're focusing on the Auto Faucet method. You select which crypto currency "wallets" you want to deposit USD over time, and the system drains as much ACP as needed to give you 1 unit of the lowest possible denomination of the selected currency. You can convert between withdrawable USD allocated to specific coins without a fee.

In short the process is:

  • 1: Earn ACP; each ACP is worth a given amount of USD.
  • 2: Convert ACP into a withdrawable USD balance.
  • 3: Withdraw your converted USD as one of the crypto currencies.

As an example, consider that you have 100 ACP. Each ACP is worth a fixed amount of USD. This is a common theme on all faucet sites: internally, you almost always earn USD. Using the Auto-Faucet, you want to convert all of that ACP into NANO. Since 1 ACP is worth more than the smallest unit of NANO, only 1 ACP will be drained every minute. For each, you'll receive 0.000009 USD - without factoring in your level multiplier, more on that later - as withdrawable USD as NANO. This means that you can go to the withdrawal screen, and, once you reach the minimal amount of NANO to withdraw, you can actually convert your withdrawal-ready USD to NANO coins on your address. This is the real moment of conversion, though precise timing is impossible, should you wish to speculate on prices.

The Auto Faucet evokes a nostalgic image of the time when the crypto domain was wild west, and nobody knew whether it is going to make it big or fizzle out. There were dozens of sites paying out crypto coins for simply idling on them, some with hidden miners, some without.

FireFaucet keeps this system in today's age: its faucet has no hidden miner, just a slow steady drip of coins, irrespective of your other activities on the site. Every minute, it converts a fixed amount of ACP into one of the supported crypto-currencies, as stated on its rates page.

FireFaucet's auto-claimer can work at different speeds: 1x, 2x, 4x. This affects how much ACP is converted every minute, and gives proportional rewards. I've seen many claims circulating on blogs regarding these multipliers, and everyone seems to have arrived to the conclusion that it does not matter.

I'm here to tell you: the rate matters, and it makes the difference between the old style faucets we all wish to have drunk our fill from, and a desert!

We gather our facts first:

  • Fact 1: You get 1 so-called activity point for every single claim you make. This is irrespective of the speed factor: if you claim at 2x, you still get 1 activity point for twice as many ACPs.

Why care about activity points at all, you might ask?

Well, activity points give you levels, and levels increase your claim multiplier. This is where it gets tricky, hold on!

At level 1, your 'bonus multiplier' is simply 0.001 - tragic, I know. At level 10, it is 0.01, and at level 100, it is 0.1. The current bonus multiplier is applied to the currency you claim: for each ACP, it is as if you claimed 1+multiplier, ie. at level 1, 1+0.001=1.001. This is a initial 0.1% bonus for you, which grows to 1% at level 10, 10% at level 100, and so on!

Fantastic, so we've established the higher level you are, the better the rewards - you probably already knew this. The devil is in the details: the Auto Faucet is affected by this system, and feeds into it with action points.

  • Fact 2: action points are used to level up, and the higher level you are, the better rewards you gain for redeeming ACP via the Auto Faucet auto-claim system.

What might surprise you is this: by allowing the auto-faucet to run, you effectively level to 100 semi-automatically, while also increasing your multiplier at the same time! This is because on every level, you get ACP rewards, enough to get you to the next level.

  • Fact 3: leveling up rewards sufficient ACP to get to the next level with the Auto Faucet.

There you have it: a self-sustaining loop, just like in the olden days. A true Faucet.

There are only two slight downsides. First, you must complete at least one task to kickstart the loop, which is hardly a great ask. The second is that you must manually claim the level-up bonus periodically. Since after the initial levels, the wait times between level ups are multiple hours, this isn't a real problem either.

Just by putting together facts 1, 2 and 3, you can already see that FireFaucet rewards you for simply being there! Unbelievably, it gets better.

Before we go into the math, I'll just give you the result: by using auto-claim at 1x, you gain 6.6% more crypto than if you directly claimed it after each level up, if we do not factor in that direct claims would have an additional tax on them. You also gain significantly more than if you were to use higher multipliers. There you have it: by just patiently leveling up, you can boost your total rewards for free. By converting slowly, you get more mileage by leveling faster.

How does the math work out for that you might ask? It is best to understand it in terms of ACP value:

  • At level 1, every ACP is worth 1.001 ACP.
  • At level 10, every ACP is worth 1.01 ACP.
  • At level 100, every ACP is worth 1.1 ACP.

Let's investigate what happens if you don't do anything but use the Auto Faucet to level up, without counting anything else you can do on the site. In order to reach level 100, you need to spend 257 550 ACP in total.

As I've mentioned, all of this can be given to you by the leveling process itself as bonus rewards. After gaining at least 50 ACP to get your 1st level up, you need not do anything else but once in a while click the 'level up' button to claim your new multiplier.

Without boring you with the exact math, by using the Auto Faucet and pushing the level-up button now and then, by the time you reach level 100, you'll get 274 720 ACP worth of crypto instead of the total 257 550 you needed to reach that level. That's a whopping 17 170 ACP worth of difference.

The only downside of this method is that it requires a wee bit of time investment: 4292 hours of waiting, or, put another way, 178 days of leaving the auto-faucet running.

This is the hard part of it: to get mileage out of your ACP borne activity, you must be patient. Given that, as of writing this, 1 ACP is worth 0.000009 USD, those additional ACPs will amount to $0.15453 for running your machine for 4292 hours - which might not seem much, but remember: it also increased your global multiplier substantially for all ACPs, not just the ones you gained from leveling up!

What's the total reward, you might ask? With today's prices, 274 720 ACP the Auto Claim will convert for you amounts to 2 dollars and 47 cents. In total, you've made a bit over 3 cents a day by literally just clicking a button once every few hours, then only every few days.

All the while, you can also do the myriad of other things which actually provide rewards, such as PTCs, Offerwalls, etc.

The Auto Faucet system is a heartwarming little addition which supercharges any effort you put in, and a callback to the goldrush days.

Try FireFaucet for yourself!

I'd be thrilled and honored if you rewarded my investigation by using my referral to try FireFaucet for yourself. Doing so costs you nothing: you receive the same rewards as otherwise. I also appreciate any tips on p0x!

Thank you very much for reading, and don't forget to drink your fill.

TL;DR: set the auto faucet to 1x to level up better and make the best possible use of your ACPs.
