I use cash back credit cards whenever possible, and typically get 2% back. My primary card is a CitiBank Double Cash card. 

The Fold Debit Card now gives me .5% back when I pay my Citibank bill!

I pay my CitiBank credit card bill using PayPal. PayPal currently supports paying CitiBank, Discover, and Syncrony (Amazon), and others through their Bill Pay service. On the PayPal home page, click on "Pay Bills" to see payees they support. 

For other credit cards, utility payments, and even your mortgage, you can set up payments using the Routing Number and Account number on your Fold account. 

As you can see in the screen shots below, the Bill Pay transactions are listed as "Category Boost" and are paid in BTC. Once I reach a certain balance, I send it to my Coinbase account.
