Heard of the new Paypal cryptocurrency? The one that can freeze your funds, reverse transactions, and force users to comply to their centralized systems?

Yeah, that company is here to control you and your finances. Apart from paypal being notorious for randomly closing user accounts, they're now also going to do the same on the crypto blockchain, and this time it'll be untraceable unless people go out specifically looking for reversed transactions.

In light of fairness and transparency, it is also obligatory to highlight the advantages of PYUSD. Some of which include how paypal has a huge userbase, many of whom do not care about decentralization, and many of whom are looking to transact millions of dollars without the usual percentaged based fee. 

Now that we've established that alot of paypal's users aren't avid crypto users, it is important to consider mass adoption as paypal is a financial institution pushing their own token - not to mention within a harsh regulatory environment in the U.S at the moment. Paypal does have a slight chance of potentially becoming under scrutiny from the SEC or IRS as it is sometimes difficult to tax blockchain based transactions which is why many countries are actually testing CBDCs. (Government controlled blockchain currencies) Countries like Russia are currently pushing official tests starting next week which is frightening for a lot of people in the financial space - as it should be.
