There have been too many reports lately of people getting scammed mostly on telegram groups, where lot of scammers on each group regards them selfs as admin or assistant.
recently the (polkadot) telegram group with over 25k members closed it's comment section to prevent scammers and high level of spamming on its group
How do you find the right telegram group or the right social media account of your supported token.
Go to coinmarketcap.com or you can download the coinmarketcap app on Google play
1) Click on your token or search for your supported token.
2) Scroll down on the about page
Here you can find the right chat or available social media links
3) Similar method can be used on coingecko.com
but there is still a big problem on this groups where scammers creates multiple fake accounts and disguise themselves as group admins. In some occasions, most telegram groups have more than one admin, you can check on the top of the the telegram page to see the names of available admins.
How do they operate?
When you ask a question on the group and did not get a reply in one or few seconds, they quickly send you a private message knowing you might be new so to try their luck on you by asking if you have been attended to, or any other question regarding your questions. please do not fall victim, some can very smart with good interactions.
Any question you ask on the group make sure to get your reply on the group.
Note! Admins do not message first.

but at same time scammers have there links too, do not click on it. make a good research first.
