What is the next ETH? Comparative analysis of SOL, AVAX, BNB and other altcoins

If you are a crypto holder, it is likely that you believe in crypto. It probably means you do not want to keep your fiat currencies (USD or EUR) as is and prefer to hold Bitcoin. However, Bitcoin is bearish or in the best case stable currently. So you are wondering how to outperform BTC. The best answer can be ETH, since the expected ETH 2.0 (although it has been delayed) is a bearish event. However, you want to do better than ETH. Therefore, the question is: how to outperform ETH? It is quite simple: you have to think like a big investor. As a whale, you would look at all the candidates that can replace ETH:

SOL: definitely a good candidate, but suffering from multiple Solana blockchain outages.
AVAX: more secure than SOL since it is EVM and suffers from less outage. Furthermore, it offers one of the best APYs on stablecoins through Curve.
BNB: in reality, CZ never wanted to replace ETH. He just wanted to create an ecosystem attracting individual users, not investors. Use it just for fun.
FTM: it used to be good, but it is like a joke now. Recently dumped due to liquidations which have jeopardized the whole TVL. Use it with caution.
MATIC: just the gas token of Polygon, side chain of Ethereum. So not a replacement solution of Ethereum, just a complementary option.
ATOM: mostly community-driven, attractive concepts, but not attractive enough to the big investors. It is mostly useful to build small blockchains.
XTZ: for tech-savvy people, community-driven, has never exploded as expected, will likely be used by a few business & institutional users.
EVMOS: a mix of Cosmos & Ethereum. Really attractive. However, after having tested it, it seems very slow. Could suffer from outages. Be cautious.
EGLD: the gas token of Elrond, a promising blockchain using sharding. The main problem is the lack of developers working on dapps on this chain.
NEAR: the beauty of EGLD (sharding & scalability) without its drawbacks, since more and more developers develop on that blockchain. Promising...
