Today, for the second time, Excelencia managed to make a post (this earlier post...) completely disappear forever.

Well, at least this was only the second time, a donkey does not strike the same stone three times!(hoping...)

Now Excelencia is trying to go back in his memory to know the steps he took to have so much success in deleting a formerly well readed and tipped article...

well , part of the reason clearly is loosing concentration after more then seven hours of continued concentration...

But as the seconds are flowing to the future, forever making them history, Excelencia realizes that the time has come to close his computer for a while, at least some hours , because a loss of concentration can be fatal on the compu...

Estimated readers, should Excelencia have the courage to rewrite this post, he surely will do it!

Bur for now: close your computer, if, like me , you are at the point to start making fatal mistakes and go outside for a ride or a walk and a talk to the birds are go greeting the sun and the clouds, 

Soon we will be here at the screen again , rebirthed and ready for some other hours of fully concentration.

Back again at the compu...

What happened: 

Let me recapitulate:

1. Excelenlcia opens TheEarningsReportingSeries: part 5

2.  In another window he opens: create a new post

3.  The aim now is to make a copy of part 5 to past it in the other window where a blanco page to be written is awaiting my copy of part 5.

4.  Excelencia clicks apparently on cut instead of on copy , so the post in part 5 has dissapeared from the clipboard...

5.Instead of pasting the clipped part 5 in the blanco page of the new post to write, Excelencia wrongly decides to go back to part 5 and copy the title to past thereafter in the title section of the new post. Now the the clipboard has the title of part 5 and the clipped copy of the post has gone from the the clipboard to make place for the copy of the title of part 5

6. Excelencia pastes the title of part 5 in the title section of the new post, to change the 5 in a 6

7. Now he sees the blanco page of the new post with on top of the empty page the words: " TheEarningsReportingUsersSeries: part 5  ( the screenshot of the title of part 5, in other words, the content of the actual  clipboard with the title of part 5....

8. All the part 5 content has gone...

If You can understand this disappearing act, you are free to mourn with me some seconds and then life goes on, thanks for the empathy ;-)

At least the part of the post with the links to the source URL's of the post, have not disappeared , so everyone can still open these URL's to see the earnings reports of this Earnings Reporting User.

Conclusion:

Under the motto, every disadvantage has its advantage, Excelencia hopes to help other newbie publishers to avoid this kind of fatal error.
