Besides the Coins, you also earn Cointipoints. You're earning them at a 1/10 ratio, so 1 Cointipoint while earning 10 Points.
Cointipoints can be used to buy Pods, which include 3 Items which you can use to boost your earnings.
You can buy them at Dashboard -> Buy Pods. I prefer the common pod for 2.250 Cointipoints, as the items in the more expensive pods don't have to be much better. But it's your decision,. sometimes I also buy them for 5.000 or 9.000 Cointipoints. Some Items are Equipable which boost your earnings permanently, others are just consumable.
To use them go to Dashboard -> Your Inventory and equip or consume them. You can check your boost at Dashboard -> Your Profile.
