Oftentimes you can see who is truly passionate about the NFT or crypto space in general once the price starts to drop a bit. With the price of WAXP down to one of it lowest points in a while, it is a great time to continue building WAX based NFT gaming projects and WAX Based NFT art. Building a community following and ultimately driving a higher level of engagement between creators and consumers will be a huge driving factor in long term success.
With that in mind, the creator behind the Trichocereus Market NFT collection has still be hard at work creating art and driving community engagement. In June of 2022, The Trichocereus NFT collection offered vIRL NFTs that could be redeemed for real Trichocereus cactus seeds. Even with the price of WAXP down around .10 cents, the vIRLs were offered for only 50 WAXP and included shipping of the seeds anywhere in the continental United States. In July of 2022, the first 2 vIRL NFT redemptions took place!
Now, on July 11th, 2022, Cactus_Art_Nfts announced two new NFT drops for the community. One of the drops comes with a style a bit more traditional to the Trichocereus NFT collection, black and white ink pen sketch made on an Android S21 Ultra phone. The second drop comes with a new style and is colorized.

The trichocereus cactus genus is one of the least studied and documented around. This art collection is inspired by the trichocereus garden sown and grown by DrCharles in North Carolina.
This collection will become the building blocks for a major effort towards preservation, propagation, and documentation of the trichocereus cactus genus which is currently endangered in the wild.
