Well, you are not wrong. Am sure that the reason for your thought is because money has been an agent of measurement. Also, money can be used to show the worth of something. I would like to show you the true worth of the earth.
The greatest asset that a man can have is not money, car, house nor jewelries, the greatest asset a man can have is human. The truth about value system is that all value system is determined by human.
Nothing is valuable by itself. The worth of everything on this earth Is based on the value human place on it. Things like cars, house, clothes etc. The worth of your golden wristwatch is equivalent on the value you place on it. The value you place on it can either be monetary or based on heritage. You would agree with me something might not be expensive, but it might be valuable. Man is the sole determinant of the value of a thing. Anything man place value upon remains relevant.
I write to support the claim that the existence of man is the true worth of the earth. The advancement that occurs on earth is because of the activities of man. Have you ever wondered if everyone on earth vanishes, and the earth is void and what will become of earth.
Within a couple of years, the earth would be like a forsaken land with no usefulness. In as much as we live on earth, the value of this planet called earth is a function of man. Of course, there might be other planet that has greater resources, but they are just idle because there is no man to work and execute innovation plans. Man on earth is the true worth of earth. Imagine the earth without man. How will it look like?
This brings me to a conclusion that everyone on earth is as important and this earth. It brings me joy that no one is a mistake. This is the reason why we need each other to survive.
