I am sure that even if you are not well versed with teaching as a career, you are aware that being a teacher comes with a crushing myriad of roles and responsibilities. By virtue of our jobs, we have to wear multiple hats and juggle numerous balls at the same time. During a typical workday, I have to teach students, listen to their petty arguments, attend interdepartmental meetings, meet up with parents and/or social workers (if my charges choose not to behave), organize events, revise the curriculum, AMONG OTHERS. Geez, I'm running out of breath just by typing this.
Thought I would get a headstart on this year by waking up early on Sunday morning to craft my targets for the entire year. As the saying goes, "The early bird gets the worm." I hope that beginning with the end in mind would help me keep my sanity in check this year! Please support me along the way!
