Adjusting back to working life in Yishun Primary School has been challenging, yet rewarding as I am entrusted with new responsibilities as the ICT Champ and an up-and-coming Literacy Coach. I sought to leverage my experiences during my reverse secondment and bring in fresh perspectives on various areas ranging from Formative Assessment to SLS lesson design and ICT tools. Now that I have settled well into my routine, I will like to harness my knowledge of STP Teaching Process (TP), Teaching Areas (TAR) and Teaching Actions (TC) to set in place individualised progress plans that aim to help my students achieve better learning outcomes.                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

I make it a point to time my lunch sessions with 6RY's recess sessions so that students who wish to spend more time with me could come up to me and share about their recent happenings.

This year, I did not get to teach 6RY Standard students any subject at all. It would be ideal if I could be made the form teacher of the class whom I'm teaching English to so that I could leverage the greater opportunities for access to help my students, be it academically or emotionally.
