I Think About Tech and Crypto Differently Here's Why I'm Writing About It

By deamy | deamy | 11 May 2026

Most tech and crypto content online follows the same formula.

Price goes up here is why you should be excited. Price goes down here is why you should not panic. New project launches here is the whitepaper summary nobody asked for. AI does something impressive here are ten bullet points about it.

I am tired of reading that content. So I stopped writing it before I even started.

My name is deamy and I think about technology and crypto differently. Not because I have some special qualification or insider access but because I actually think about it instead of just reporting it.

What I Mean By Thinking Differently

Here is an example.

Everyone talks about Bitcoin as digital gold. Store of value. Hedge against inflation. That narrative has been repeated so many times it has stopped meaning anything. Nobody questions it anymore. It just gets passed around like a fact.

But when you actually sit with it when you ask why Bitcoin specifically, why not any other fixed supply asset, what actually gives it that property beyond the story people tell about it the conversation gets more interesting. And more honest.

That is the kind of thinking I want to bring here.

Not contrarian for the sake of being different. Not hype for the sake of sounding exciting. Just honest, clear thinking about what is actually happening in tech and crypto and what it actually means.

What I Will Be Writing About

Technology and crypto are the two most important forces reshaping how the world works right now and they are increasingly the same thing.

On the crypto side I want to dig into what projects are actually building something real versus what is riding a narrative until it collapses. I want to talk about DeFi tools that genuinely work, airdrop and testnet strategies that have real upside, and the honest mechanics of how this ecosystem actually functions beneath the marketing.

On the tech side I want to talk about AI not the hype version but the practical reality of what these tools can and cannot do. I want to talk about the apps and platforms that are quietly changing how people work and earn online. I want to talk about where all of this is heading and what that means for ordinary people trying to navigate it.

And sometimes I just want to share a strong opinion about something everyone else seems to be igetting wrong.

What You Can Expect

I will post two to three times a week. Every post will have a clear point of view I am not here to summarise news you can find anywhere. I am here to tell you what I think about it and why.

I will be honest when I am wrong. I will change my mind publicly when the evidence changes. And I will never write something just to fill a posting schedule.

If you think about tech and crypto the same way skeptically, curiously, always asking what is actually true beneath the surface then we are going to get along well.

Let us get into it
